Alynx can assist you with customer queries and provide helpful information related to the CatCard services. Alynx is available to the public (no login) and accessable from UC Merced campus network.
Getting Started
Embark on your journey with Alynx by simply clicking on this link. Once connected, feel free to type your query or use the "Talk" button to speak your query then "Stop" and then "Send" your query or request. Expect a response within seconds. If your query revolves around a specific building or location on campus, expect a response equipped with a convenient directions button, whisking you directly to your destination. Alternatively, access directions through the provided QR code for seamless navigation.
